Nine sectors.One discipline.
Every sector writes down how its work must happen, and then conducts that work in correspondence. Foresight reads the second against the first: a clause, a protocol, a policy wording, or a gate manual, held up to what was actually written that day.

Contract comprehension
Reads every message against the form in force: NEC, FIDIC, JCT, or the amended clause that displaces them.
Notice drafting
Prepares the notice the clause requires, cited to the correspondence that triggered it, and held for approval.
Delay analysis
Assembles the event chronology a delay analyst would build, window by window, from the record as written.
Quantum workbench
Gathers the cost and time consequences of an event into one working file, sourced line by line.
Programme watch
Flags where correspondence contradicts the accepted programme: a revision, a hold, a sequence that no longer governs.
Early-warning register
A running register of matters that could harden into disputes, each entry carrying the message that raised it.
In practice · illustrative
A Tuesday email reports that the scaffold licence has lapsed and access to the east core has been withdrawn. The engine reads it against the contract in force, opens an entry in the early-warning register, and the notice instrument drafts the notification with the email cited. The reply period is already on the clock before the site meeting convenes.

Entitlement captured when it arises; notices drafted from the record; the dispute file built while the project runs, not after it ends.
