Foresight · Lifecycle Intelligence

One record.Every framework.Read as written

The correspondence your organisation writes every day is its truest contemporaneous record. Foresight captures it as it is made, reads it against whatever governs the work, a contract, a gate manual, an audit protocol, a clinical trial, a compliance regime, and drafts what the moment requires, held for your approval.

One codex · §01–§11 · Any framework, any sector

The same register, re-dressed in turn for construction contracts, stage gates, audit protocols, clinical protocols and compliance regimes. Step the regimes with the previous and next controls, re-voice the drafted instrument with the tone buttons, and approve or return it. Figures invented.

§02The Thesis

We turn that liability into infrastructure.

The truest record is the one nobody meant to keep: written while the work was live, before anyone knew it would matter.

That is precisely what gives it weight. It is not a reconstruction, and it is not a narrative prepared for an argument. Long after the meetings are forgotten and the people have moved on, the correspondence remains the standard against which every later version of events is measured, in any forum where accounts are tested.

And yet no asset an organisation holds is treated more carelessly. It sits fragmented across inboxes, sent items, and accounts, searched badly, filed rarely, and lost predictably.

Continuously understood.

§03The General Law

Communication
+ context
+ time
= intelligence

Context is whatever governs the work. The architecture does not care which. It holds all three, and lets any line of work read the intelligence their combination yields.

§03bThe Name

Foresight

Fore · the time before

The window between the event and the bar. Contracts reward what was noticed in time, and the days in which a notice still counts run out sooner than they feel.

sight · the record seen

Messages read on arrival; facts traced to the lines that carry them. Ask in plain language, and the record answers, evidence first.

The name is the method.

§10First Principles

The non-negotiables.

  1. 01

Message-level, never thread-level. The record is read as it was lived, in sequence.

  2. 02

Contemporaneous capture beats retrospective recovery. We work upstream of disputes, so many never arrive.

  3. 03

Grounded in the record, never around it. Silence is reported as silence, never papered over.

  4. 04

The tool informs; the user decides. Nothing runs without a human hand on it.

  5. 05

Modules consume the core; they never change it. One architecture serves a single matter and a decades-long programme.

  6. 06

The client builds their own platform. We maintain exactly one.

The record is the asset.
We keep it whole, and we keep it understood
